1. ABOUT COPYCASH & CCASH
1.1 CopyCash provides a transparent social trading and copytrading platform built on blockchain. The platform is decentralized and governed by a dedicated system of smart contracts, which promotes security and transparency.
1.2 CCASH is a standard ERC20 token and serves as a mechanism for payment in the CopyCash Ecosystem.
1.3 CCASH does not have the legal qualification as a security. Purchase of CCASH is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
1.4 CCASH is not a share. The purchase of CCASH: (i) shall not provide you with rights of any form with respect to Company or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights; (ii) shall not be deemed to be a loan to Company; and (iii) shall not provide you with any ownership or other interest in the Company.
2.1 When you purchase CCASH, you should ensure that you understand and has significant experience of cryptocurrencies, blockchain systems and services, and that you fully understand the risks associated with token sales as well as the mechanism related to the use and storage of cryptocurrencies.
2.2 Acquiring CCASH involves various risks, for example, CopyCash may not be able to launch its operations and develop its platform. Therefore, and prior to acquiring CCASH, you should carefully consider the risks, costs, and benefits of acquiring CCASH. Anyone who is not in the position to accept nor to understand the risks associated with the token sale or any other risks as indicated in the Disclaimers should not acquire CCASH.
2.3 You are responsible for implementing reasonable measures for securing the wallet, vault or other storage mechanism you use to receive and hold CCASH you purchase from us, including any requisite private key(s) or other credentials necessary to access such storage mechanism(s). If your private key(s) or other access credentials are lost, you may lose access to your CCASH. We are not responsible for any such losses.
2.4 We may determine, in our sole discretion, that it is necessary to obtain certain information about you in order to comply with applicable law or regulation in connection with selling CCASH to you. You agree to provide us such information promptly upon request, and you acknowledge that we may refuse to sell CCASH to you until you provide such requested information and we have determined that it is permissible to sell you Tokens under applicable law or regulation.
3.1 These disclaimers shall not and cannot be considered as an invitation to enter into an investment. They do not constitute or relate in any way nor should they be considered as an offering of securities in any jurisdiction. The disclaimers do not include or contain any information or indication that might be considered as a recommendation or that might be used to base any investment decision. CCASH is a utility token and is not intended to be used as an investment.
3.2 COPYCASH will be an operative entity managing a platform and CCASH is only a utility token.
3.3 Regulatory authorities are carefully scrutinizing businesses and operations associated to cryptocurrencies in the world. In that respect, regulatory measures, investigations or actions may impact COPYCASH business and even limit or prevent it from developing its operations in the future.
3.4 By purchasing CCASH, you are aware that the COPYCASH business model and the Disclaimers may change or need to be modified because of new regulatory and compliance requirements from any applicable laws in any jurisdictions. Purchasers of CCASH acknowledge and understand that neither COPYCASH nor any of its affiliates shall be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages caused by such changes.
3.5 COPYCASH will in its best ability launch its operations and develop the COPYCASH platform. Purchasers of CCASH acknowledges and understands that COPYCASH does not provide any guarantee that it will manage to establish an operative platform and that COPYCASH, its bodies and employees assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage that would result from or relate to the incapacity to use CCASH.
4.1 Token sales are largely conducted and considered as either unregulated forms of crowdfunding or unregulated exchanges of cryptographically represented value. However, regulation interpretation and laws vary by jurisdiction. They involve and relate to the development and use of experimental software, technologies and even business models that may not come to fruition or achieve the objectives specified in the information provided to contributors (e.g. any white paper).
4.2 CopyCash warns its buyers that the purchase of tokens represents a very high risk to any participating contributor. Activity should only be undertaken by those with substantial technical knowledge and that are also able to understand the specific network and related token being offered.
4.3 Careful due diligence should be undertaken on the projects, tokens and team behind any token sale and with full understanding that your contributions may not ultimately result in a useable or valuable token and the value of your contributions may therefore be subject to total loss.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All software, know-how, analysis or programs, including copyrights and other intellectual and industrial rights belong to COPYCASH.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
COPYCASH, as well as its officers, directors, agents, joint ventures, employees and suppliers, assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss arising out of or related to the use of the COPYCASH platform or any technical, interruption or malfunction of the platform.
